I've been finding myself gravitating towards the same type of outfit when getting ready for work. It's becoming my "uniform" in a way - a high waisted skirt and a crop top. It's not the most unique combo one has ever come across but that's when texture mixing can add some interest.

Here I combine a leather pencil skirt with a periwinkle sweater for a "I'm baddass enough for leather but adorable enough to bake pie" look.

Hit the Pavement

There are two things that make me feel accomplished, a solid process map and a great list. I've mentioned my "Thing to do before 30" list on the blog before, but there has been an addendum added. It's the "materialistic things to own before 30", which may be superficial of me but is just as important as the other list! 

A couple of months ago during a business trip to London is when I got to check off one of those items, the infamous red soles. On this spring day, they have hit the pavement.

Spring is in the air friends, so why not look like a combination of Easter and spearmint gum? It is my flavour of choice after all. 

I love the idea of spring leather. With the light hue of this jacket mixed with the ruffle collar, I feel like me and this jacket will be besties this season. I also got the chance to finally break in my new rose gold pumps! Probably will be besties with those too.

Profashional Times: The Briefcase

For anyone that doesn't know me, I am usually seen trekking around between sites with my trusty ol' company backpack looking like quite the 13 year old. Of course, me mouthing the words to Justin Bieber probably didn't help the 13 year old image. 

This weekend, I decided it was time for me to look like a grownup damnit! So I went out there and  bought myself a grownup bag. My shopping criteria? Well it had to fit my lappy, duh...and not be black!

So here it is, friends, my red leather dip into my wallet.
