I've been living in this mustard overcoat all Fall and this Colonel Mustard's weapon of choice are these Gucci Bloom Mules.

Product Review: Almay One Coat Mega Volume Mascara

When I don't have mascara on, I just don't feel human and look asleep. A great mascara is my true must-have and I use A LOT of it. I have found a great go-to and have been using that same brand for years but was excited to try out the Almay One Coat Mega Volume when Influenster sent it to me complimentary for review purposes. 

Now I'll quit with the chit chat, here's the 411:

The Good:

1. The cone wand was surprisingly good at reaching the outer corner hairs

2. It doesn't flake off during the day

3. Great volume and lengthening effect

4. The formula was not clumpy at all

The Not So Good:

1. One of my application techniques is to also apply from the top and the thicker brush meant that I got way too much of the product on my actual eye lid

2. Not sure why it's called "one coat", I def used MULTIPLE coats

I am very behind on blog posts as work has been a little crazy and let's face it, I've been a little lazy. A lot of things have happened since these pictures were taken:

1. My brassy ponytail has been toned.

2. It is no longer summer.

3. I have gone to all 4 Atlantic provinces.

3. And enough time has passed where my pony tail needs to get re-toned.

Ok maybe not too many things happened in that period after all.

I may have gone around looking like a nursery that day but looking back, I still think that blue bomber is the bomb.com (or .ca - there is no discrimination over here).

Havana Nana

Something about this pattern and the hoops got me feelin' straight from Havana.
