There is something about this outfit that makes me think of being a student at Constance, sitting at the steps of the met thinking of what girl to terrorize next. Instead, I went back to the Dalhousie Engineering Campus, my old stomping group, where I used to hang out..also terrorizing. I guess some dreams do come true..

Where's My Sombrero?

Coming back to work after a weekend is already hard enough, add a snowy long weekend mostly spent inside and it's nearly impossible. The last thing I wanted to do was wear real clothes. My answer to that was basically wearing a blanket to work..and so I did!

It's been freezing here. Freezing! And for someone who usually prefers dresses and skirts to pants, the extra warmth pants provide has been a necessity. Today, I just wanted to feel like the normal me again. Enter these thigh high boots which, in my mind, are basically a pants replacement. Amirite?

Leather Weather

Wearing head to toe black can come across a little Wednesday Adams at times. It's those extra little details that make you look less like you're on your way to hang out with Lurch. The faux-leather pockets on this sweater do just that! 

Also, these jeggings have quickly pitched a tent in my "go-to" items section since I grabbed them at Rickis recently. I don't know how I can ever go back to wearing pants with buttons and zippers.
